Crosstrain park sessions combine cardiovascular, strength, calisthenics and flexibility training to tick all the boxes of your fitness needs. Now located in Steyne park expect to get into peak shape with agility and stamina sessions.
Our Zoom -ilates sessions are a no-fluff blend of traditional Pilates Fundamentals with free weights as a way of increasing bone mass and working your core for a sleek and strong body. All done from the comfort of your own home.
We are always looking to add more classes to the timetable so be sure to register your interest! Personal training outside these hours for private Crosstrain sessions can also be arranged.
