We offer both Crosstrain group sessions of about 6-8 people, one-on-one personal training and Matwork Pilates sessions.
Crosstrain park sessions combine cardiovascular, strength, calisthenics and flexibility training to tick all the boxes of your fitness needs. Now located in Steyne park expect to get into peak shape with agility and stamina sessions.
Our Zoom -ilates sessions are a no-fluff blend of traditional Pilates Fundamentals with free weights as a way of increasing bone mass and working your core for a sleek and strong body. All done from the comfort of your own home.
We are always looking to add more classes to the timetable so be sure to register your interest! Personal training outside these hours for private Crosstrain sessions can also be arranged.

There will be:
Challenging achievable movements for your age

LIIT (Low Impact Interval Training) It’s LIIT!
There will not be:
HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) circuits
Beating your body into submission
Performance anxiety (we all started somewhere)

Travel time, do it at home!
Join us for a convenient, fun movement session designed to ease you in to exercise, your way at your level.
You will do similar, modified movements to our regular Crosstrain class but with more rest and no competition.
